At Olivia Jean, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate wear are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
